For beverage distributors

Every crate on the right truck, every café before it opens

Drinks are heavy and bulky, cafés and bars want deliveries early, and empty crates come back on the same trip. BeeRoutes plans all of it in one click.

What makes your deliveries hard

Trucks hit their weight limit first

A full load of cases is heavy long before it is full, so planning by number of stops overloads some trucks and wastes others.

Cafés only receive in the morning

Bars and cafés open late and want goods before service. A route that reaches them at noon means a second trip.

Empties and returns come back

Crates, kegs and returns take space on the way back — space you didn't plan for.

How BeeRoutes handles it

  • Weight and volume checked along the whole route, per truck
  • Pickups (empties, returns) come on board and are counted in the load
  • Each customer's receiving hours — trucks reach cafés in their window
  • Load the truck by scanning or counting cases before leaving
  • Customers reorder online in seconds with “order again”

Questions from beverage distributors

Can BeeRoutes plan by weight instead of number of stops?

Yes. Every truck has a weight and volume capacity and every product a weight and volume; the planner checks the load along the route, including what comes back.

How are empty crates and returns handled?

Create a pickup for the customer. It is planned on the same route, and the space it takes is added to the truck from that stop on.

Our cafés only accept deliveries until 11:00 — is that respected?

Yes. Set receiving hours per customer; the optimizer puts those stops early and leaves the depot later instead of waiting at a closed door.
