One platform

Built for the office, the drivers and your customers

Everyone works from the same live plan, so nobody has to call to ask where a delivery is.

Office

Plan, dispatch and invoice from one screen.

  • Orders, invoices and stock in one place
  • Auto-dispatch: which truck, which orders, in which order
  • Live map of every truck, with alerts when someone runs late
  • Excel import, reports and PDF invoices

Drivers

A clear route on the phone, from first stop to last.

  • Today's stops in the best order
  • Turn-by-turn voice navigation with live traffic
  • Proof of delivery: signature, photo or barcode
  • Keeps working offline and syncs when back online

Customers

Ordering that feels as easy as online shopping.

  • Order from your catalog any time, day or night
  • A one-hour delivery window instead of a guess
  • Invoices and order history in their account
  • SMS and email updates when the truck is on its way

The engine

A route optimizer that thinks like your best dispatcher

Built on modern vehicle-routing research, it weighs every constraint at once and keeps improving the plan until it can't find a better one. When the day changes, re-plan in seconds — stops already loaded never move.

  • Delivery time windows
  • Customer receiving hours
  • Truck weight & volume
  • Driver shifts & breaks
  • Rush-hour traffic
  • Vehicle features (fridge, lift…)
  • Priority orders
  • Pickups & returns
  • Max stops & driving time

BeeRoutes customer portal: a one-hour delivery window on the order

For your customers

A delivery window they can plan around

Customers see a one-hour window — like “between 13:00 and 14:00” — calculated from the driver's live route. Your drivers' positions stay private to your office.

  • Updated automatically as the day goes
  • SMS when the truck is next
  • No live location shared with customers

Everything in one place

The whole distribution business, not just the routes

BeeRoutes reports: revenue, orders and deliveries

Orders

Create, confirm and edit orders, or import a whole day from Excel.

Invoices

Invoices created from orders, sent as PDF by email, marked paid in one click.

Stock

Stock follows every order, return and delivery, with low-stock alerts.

Reports

Revenue, drivers and products by period, exported to Excel.

Zones & depots

Draw delivery zones on the map and give each a default driver and depot.

Messages

Chat between the office and drivers, with notifications on the phone.

How it works

From order to doorstep in three steps

  1. 1

    Orders come in

Customers order online, or your office adds orders and imports them from Excel.

  2. 2

    Plan in one click

The optimizer assigns orders to trucks and finds the best sequence of stops — respecting every rule you set.

  3. 3

    Drivers deliver

Drivers follow the route with navigation, you watch progress live, and customers know when to expect you.

Ready for your company

Built for distributors, ready for any country

Multilingual

Every screen, email and SMS in each person's own language — in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese or Albanian.

Install from the browser

Android and iPhone add BeeRoutes to the home screen. No app store, no updates to push.

Your data stays yours

Each company's data is kept separate, and access is checked on every request.

Set up in an afternoon

Add products, customers and drivers, and plan your first day the same day.

Why BeeRoutes

Built for distributors — not adapted from parcel delivery

One tool instead of four

Orders, routes, drivers, invoices and stock work together. Other route planners stop at the route — or sell the rest as add-ons.

Made for wholesale

Truck weight and volume, empties and returns, cafés that only receive in the morning, crane and fridge trucks, scanning when loading.

Fair, simple pricing

From €49 a month for three trucks with everything included — a fraction of most route planners, and per company, not per driver.

Navigation built in

Drivers get turn-by-turn voice navigation inside the app, or open Google Maps or Waze — their choice.

Privacy by design

Customers get a reliable one-hour delivery window, not the driver's live position. Data stored in the EU.

Your language

The whole app in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese and Albanian — every user picks their own.

Frequently asked questions

Do drivers need to install an app?

No app store needed. Drivers open BeeRoutes in their phone's browser and add it to the home screen — it then opens full-screen like a normal app.

Can customers see where the driver is?

No. Customers see a one-hour delivery window, for example 13:00–14:00. Live positions are visible only to your office.

How long does setup take?

Most companies plan their first day the same afternoon: add your products, customers and drivers, and import orders from Excel if you like.

What does the free trial include?

Everything, for 14 days. No card is needed to start.

Which languages are supported?

English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese and Albanian. Every user can switch at any time.

What happens when a driver is sick or an urgent order comes in?

Mark the driver as off or add the order, then re-plan. Stops that are already loaded or on the way stay where they are; the rest is re-planned in seconds.
