Delete your BeeRoutes account

In the app or on the website

• Drivers: open the menu (More) → Delete my account.
• Customers: open Account → Delete my account.
• Office and company owners: email us from your account's email address and we will close the account or the whole company account. kadriusony@gmail.com

What is deleted

Your name, email address, phone number, password, notification tokens and, for drivers, your location and route trail are deleted, and you can no longer sign in.

What the company may keep

Orders, deliveries and invoices you took part in belong to the company's business records. They stay with the company without your personal details, for as long as the company needs them (for example for tax law).

Prefer email?

Write to kadriusony@gmail.com from the address you sign in with, and we will delete the account within 30 days.
